Massive
This is something you would expect to see in a movie! Here we are snowmobiling up the powerline north of Cummings Lake, then all of a sudden, BAM!, we stumble upon what looks like a war zone of massive boulders. It's damn breath-taking to arrive at this unique landscape section of the Algoma region. These massive, glacial erratics really stick out on the horizon. Here's the video link to visually show a few of the larger dominent rock statues.

Boulders Everywhere
Just when we thought that we had seen it all, we ended up taking a bush trail from the south side of Puddingstone Lake, around and through the wilderness to the north side of the Lake. Wow! and there it was, a massive graveyard of these boulders. Think of this as one massive checker-board with hundreds of pawns scattered throughout the landscape. The bush path goes right through the middle of this amazing rock cemetery that is situated on both sides. You really get an amazing view looking north as it drops down into the valley ahead with hundreds of boulders scattering the foreground.

Rugged Terrain
If you attempt to reach Puddingstone Lake, don't expect a groomed trail. This is an off-the-beaten path location. The few snowmobilers that travel into this area are usually fishing Puddingstone Lake. In our attempt to go further north past Puddingstone, we broke trail through the bush on the east side of the lake. We followed a rugged skidder trail that had deep tire ruts with a swampy unfrozen bottom of muck. Here's a video showing the bush route to get around Puddingstone Lake to the north side.
